Residential Construction Requirements to be Enforced

On December 16, 2010, OSHA issued Directive Number STD 03-11-002. This new Directive rescinds (cancels) Directive number STD 03-00-001. Beginning on June 16, 2011, all residential construction employers must comply with 29 CFR 1926.501(b) (13).
