Yaktrax have a unique, spikeless, patented coil design. The coils are protected against rusting and hand–wound to give 360 degrees of traction on ice and snow. When you walk in the Yaktrax, every step you take places hundreds of biting edges in direct contact with the ice beneath your feet. They are lightweight and easy-to use. Yaktrax can be worn in temperatures as low as -41 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Yaktrax Walker is the original version of Yaktrax and is ideal for pedestrians, business people, the elderly or anyone who wants stability on ice and snow. It is simple to don and you hardly know you have it on your shoes.

The Yaktrax Pro is designed for the more active winter person. An outside worker, mail carrier, runner or someone who faces winter conditions on a frequent basis. They are made of a more durable rubber blend and have a removable strap, should you go into deep snow.

Yaktrax are designed to give you confidence and safety in snowy or icy conditions. They are not meant to be used on gravel, concrete, sanded roads. Avoid surfaces such as tile, marble, linoleum or any other non-icy, non-snowy surfaces when wearing Yaktrax. Always use common sense when walking on ice with any traction device.
