Electrical Glove Testing with Conney Safety

Here are basics to having electrical gloves tested through Conney Safety Products:

1. Call the Conney Safety Support Team at 800-462-1947.
2. Simply tell the safety advisor that you have gloves to be sent in for the 6 month performance test. The testing lab can also check rubber sleeves and blankets (costs may vary).
3. Cost is $12/pair (any voltage rating) and we simply write it up as an order, then send a copy of the order to you by e-mail, along with the mailing address for the electrical testing lab (where to sent the gloves to).
4. The lab will generally get the gloves back to your location within a week.
5. If the gloves failed the test, the gloves will be marked failed – do not use and the problem area will be circled (if applicable). You will be sent back the damaged gloves. Those that pass the test will be date stamped for the next 6 months of use.
6. Do NOT send the leather protectors, as they are not required to be tested.
7. When reordering gloves, make sure you get canvas bags to store them in, as this protects the expensive rubber glove from damage and prevents any deterioration from UV light sources.
