OSHA Releases Workplace Injury and Illness Database

OSHA has released data collected from 1996 to 2007 regarding work-related injuries and illness. This is the first time the government agency has provided a searchable database that can be searched by establishment, city, state and SIC… among other criteria. This move for more transparency is a result of directives from the Obama administration.
